Return & Exchange Policy

1) Eligibility window
# We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery for items purchased at MRP.

2) Sale / Discounted items
# Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices are eligible for exchange only.
# Exchanges must be for an item of the same value or higher.

3) Item condition requirements
To approve a return/exchange/store credit, the product must be:
# Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
# In original condition
# With all tags intact and attached

Note: If an item is delivered without tags, please inform our customer care team immediately.

4) Damaged/soiled returns
# Returns that are stained, damaged, or soiled may be rejected and may be shipped back to you.

5) Custom-made orders
# Custom-made / made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

6) Refund method
# Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
# Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: You will receive a Cashgram redemption link via SMS/Email to claim your refund.

7) Defective / incorrect / incomplete orders
# If you receive a defective, wrong, or incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
# Share a clear photo or video showing the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
